Chalce is our PA extraordinaire at Sarah Deighton & Co Real Estate and brings a unique blend of design expertise and customer focused excellence to her work. With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, she began her career working across both residential and commercial developments, building a strong foundation in spatial design and functionality. Her passion for interiors led her to complete a specialised interior design diploma, enabling her to support vendors with layout and design options and prepare a property for the market.   

After relocating to New Zealand, Chalce explored a creative outlet through baking, founding The Architect Baker, and also spent a brief period working in retail customer service.

Chalce's previous experience as a Personal Assistant in real estate has given her valuable insight into the industry, strengthening her organisational and client support skills.

Chalce is currently studying towards her real estate licence. She offers a fresh perspective grounded in design insight, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping clients find the right place to call home.
