This little two bedroom beach house is situated at the rear of a shared site and just across the road from the beach. The interior has recently been repainted throughout with new carpeting in the lounge room and main bedroom and new curtains throughout.
The second bedroom has polished wooden flooring. There is a wood burner in the lounge room. The kitchen wooden benches have recently been sanded back and re-varnished.
The oven is electric and the hob gas run by bottled gas. The laundry is situated in the kitchen in a small closed off area. Reasonable sized easy care back yard and one off street park.
